Building on Dubai’s emerging role as the cultural hub of the region, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai announced the launch of The Opera District in Downtown Dubai, to stimulate the city’s cultural and artistic scene.
